especial ao fazer uma reserva. Os usuários podem deixar uma observação para a reserva, como se a ocasião é um evento especial ou se há restrições
que o comerciante precisa conhecer. O Actions Center pode oferecer suporte a essa
funcionalidade ativando o recurso de caixa de solicitação especial. Esse recurso é uma
configuração geral do parceiro e não pode ser definida por comerciante.

Se o usuário tiver restrições alimentares que o restaurante precisa
conhecer
Adicione detalhes mais específicos a um serviço genérico fornecido pelo

Confira abaixo as etapas para ativar esse recurso:
Defina a seção supports_additional_reqeust das WaitlistRules no feed de serviços como true no sandbox.
Nosso servidor vai começar a preencher o campo additional_request em
CreateWaitlistEntry no sandbox.
No Sandbox, teste para garantir que as solicitações especiais (additional_request) sejam processadas corretamente.
Quando estiver tudo pronto, envie o feed de serviços com supports_additional_request = true para o servidor SFTP de produção e faça as correspondências com o ambiente de servidor de reservas de produção.
