Rezervasyon sistemlerinin, kullanıcıların rezervasyon yaparken özel istek girmelerine izin vermesi yaygın bir durumdur. Kullanıcılar, rezervasyon için not bırakabilir (ör. etkinliğin özel bir etkinlik olup olmadığı veya satıcının bilmesi gereken kısıtlamalar olup olmadığı). İşlem Merkezi, özel istek kutusu özelliğini etkinleştirerek bu işlevi destekleyebilir. Bu özellik, iş ortağı genelindeki bir ayardır ve satıcı başına ayarlanamaz.
