Tindakan Media didukung oleh feed, yang berisi detail katalog media Anda. Feed adalah objek JSON yang berisi kumpulan entitas. Entity adalah objek schema.org yang mewakili item dalam katalog Anda: episode TV, serial TV, film, lagu, album, dan lainnya.
Agar Google dapat memperoleh feed, Anda harus menyimpan feed di file dan menghosting file di lokasi yang dapat diakses oleh Google. Untuk memastikan konten Anda adalah konten terbaru, Google secara rutin mengambil file feed dari host Anda.
