この API を使用するにあたっては、
Google API 利用規約（「API 利用規約」）に加えて、以下の規約に従うことにも同意するものとします。
その他の禁止事項
API 利用規約の 4 条（禁止事項）に加えて、以下の規約も適用されます。
Publishing API: Publishing API は、Google Play デベロッパー販売 / 配布契約に基づいて行われる製品の販売または配布に関連する自身の活動のみに使用するものとします。第三者のデベロッパー アカウントを利用して Publishing API にアクセスする行為、Publishing API を使用してデベロッパー ツールまたはサービスで第三者の代わりにアプリを公開する行為、第三者が代わりに Publishing API にアクセスできるように自身のデベロッパー アカウントを共有する行為を行わないものとします。この規定に違反した場合、Publishing API、デベロッパー アカウントの利用の一時停止または停止、この規定に違反して作成、アップロード、公開、配布、更新したサードパーティ製アプリの一時停止または削除が行われる可能性があります。
voidedPurchases API: voidedPurchases API および取得したすべてのデータは、取り消し済みの購入（Google による払い戻しまたはカード発行会社によるチャージバックが行われた購入）へのアクセス権の取り消しおよび不正行為の抑制のみに使用するものとします。voidedPurchases API を介して共有されたデータは、API 利用規約に基づいて Google の機密情報とみなされ、開示できません（明示的に許可されている場合を除く）。また、voidedPurchases API を通じて取得したすべてのユーザーデータには、Google データ管理者間のデータ保護に関する条項が適用されます。この規定に違反した場合、voidedPurchases API またはデベロッパー アカウントの利用が一時停止または停止される可能性があります。
Play Developer Reporting API: Play Developer Reporting API は、Google Play デベロッパー販売 / 配布契約に基づいて行われる製品の販売または配布に関連する自身の活動のみに使用するものとします。第三者のデベロッパー アカウントを利用して Play Developer Reporting API にアクセスする行為、Play Developer Reporting API を使用して自身の製品以外のアプリに関する情報にアクセスする行為を行わないものとします。Play Developer Reporting API は、ユーザーの再識別には使用しないものとします。この規定に違反した場合、Play Developer Reporting API、デベロッパー アカウントの利用の一時停止または停止、この規定に違反して作成、アップロード、公開、配布、更新したサードパーティ製アプリの一時停止または削除が行われる可能性があります。
