يشير تفعيل برنامج "المهام المخصّصة للعائلات" إلى موافقتك على الالتزام بهذه البنود بالإضافة إلى بنود خدمة "المهام مع مساعد Google" وسياسات "المهام مع مساعد Google" (يُشار إليها باسم "الاتفاقية"). وإذا كان هناك تعارض بين هذه البنود والاتفاقية، تسري هذه البنود. وبالنسبة إلى المصطلحات المكتوبة بحروف كبيرة والتي تم استخدامها دون تعريفها أدناه، تسري عليها التعريفات المخصصة لها بموجب الاتفاقية.

الامتثال القانوني:
أنت تقرّ بأنّ الإجراءات المقدّمة إلى برنامج "المهام المخصّصة للعائلات"، بما في ذلك أي حِزم تطوير برامج (SDK) أو حِزم تطوير برامج (SDK) تطلبها إجراءاتك أو تتوافق مع قانون حماية خصوصية الأطفال على الإنترنت (COPPA) (قانون حماية خصوصية الأطفال على الإنترنت) واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات)، وأي قوانين أو تشريعات أخرى سارية. يجب الالتزام بسياسة خصوصية يواجهها المستخدم. عليك أيضًا الإفصاح بوضوح عن البيانات التي يجمعها "الإجراء" من المستخدمين وكيفية استخدام هذه البيانات.

تعليق الحساب أو إغلاقه:
