  • The Policy API launched in March 2021 with support for over 200 user policies and printer management.

  • Recent updates significantly expanded network management capabilities, including support for WiFi, Ethernet, VPNs, certificates, and cellular networks.

  • Support for managing devices, kiosk settings, and apps has been progressively added and enhanced, including group policies for printers and users.

  • The API now supports policies for managed guest sessions and offers more granular control over user and device configurations.

  • Policy schema definitions have been improved with lifecycle information and resolved policy source tracking, and some older policies have been deprecated in favor of newer versions with enhanced functionality.
