透過集合功能整理內容
你可以依據偏好儲存及分類內容。
受限內容是指可能涉及個人隱私的敏感內容。視內容的敏感程度而定，受限內容可標示為「受限」或「受限+」。有時，Google Issue Tracker 中可能會儲存受管制和受管制 + 內容。為降低這類資訊曝光的風險，Google Issue Tracker 中含有或疑似含有敏感內容的內容，都會標示為受限。這個受限制標記會限制存取權，因此只有具有業務需求的使用者 (而非一般大眾) 才能查看內容。系統會記錄嘗試存取標示為限制的內容 (成功和失敗皆會記錄)，並可進行稽核。
限制現有內容
如要限制現有內容，您必須是問題管理員、留言作者或附件上傳者。
如要限制現有內容，請按照下列步驟操作：
提出問題。
按一下留言或附件右側的「留言動作」圖示，然後選擇「限制設定」。
為留言或附件選擇適當的限制層級，然後按一下「設定」。
限制新內容
如要限制新內容，請按照下列步驟操作：
按一下「受限」圖示。
在對話方塊中，為內容選擇適當的限制層級，然後按一下「設定」。
設定限制等級後，「Issue Tracker」使用者介面會在內容上標示指標。
