Method: accounts.products.get

從 Manufacturer Center 帳戶取得產品，包括產品問題。

最近更新的產品大約需要 15 分鐘才能處理完畢。變更處理完畢後才會顯示。產品處理完畢後，系統可能會立即顯示部分問題，但其他問題可能需要幾天才會顯示。
