列出哈希列表。
在 V5 API 中,Google 绝不会移除此方法所返回的哈希列表。这样一来,客户端便可以跳过此方法,只需对所需的所有哈希列表进行硬编码即可。
这是 https://google.aip.dev/132 定义的标准 List 方法,HTTP 方法是 GET。
