इस दस्तावेज़ में उस डेटा के बारे में ज़रूरी जानकारी दी गई है जो हम Google की सार्वजनिक डीएनएस सेवा

हमारा वादा
आपकी निजता को हम बहुत गंभीरता से लेते हैं. Google की सार्वजनिक डीएनएस सेवा,
Google निजता नीति का पालन करती है. साथ ही, Google सार्वजनिक डीएनएस सेवा से इकट्ठा की गई किसी भी निजी जानकारी का इस्तेमाल, विज्ञापनों को टारगेट करने के लिए नहीं करता है.
हम सुरक्षा और बुरे बर्ताव को छोड़कर, Google की सार्वजनिक डीएनएस सेवा के लॉग में निजी जानकारी को किसी और Google सेवा के इस्तेमाल से नहीं जोड़ते हैं.
आपकी डीएनएस क्वेरी के बारे में इकट्ठा की जाने वाली जानकारी को दो तरह के लॉग में सेव किया जाता है. हर जानकारी को नीचे बताया गया है:
अस्थायी डीएनएस लॉग
सिर्फ़ अस्थायी लॉग ही आपके लॉग का पता और आपकी डीएनएस क्वेरी, दोनों सेव करते हैं. खास तौर पर, अस्थायी लॉग में ये शामिल हैं:
- आपके डिवाइस का आईपी पता जो डीएनएस क्वेरी भेज रहा है
- स्थायी लॉग के लिए इकट्ठा की गई तकनीकी जानकारी (नीचे देखें)
- DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH): कॉन्टेंट-टाइप और एचटीटीपी हेडर स्वीकार करने के लिए
ये लॉग 24-48 घंटे के भीतर हमारी हटाने की प्रक्रियाओं के अधीन हैं. उनका इस्तेमाल सिर्फ़ इन वजहों से किया जाता है:
- सुरक्षा से जुड़े ऐसे खतरों या गतिविधि की पहचान करने और उन्हें कम करने के लिए जो हमें बुरे बर्ताव
या नुकसान पहुंचाने वाले लगते हैं
- Google डीएनएस सेवाओं को ठीक करने, उनका रखरखाव करने, और उन्हें बेहतर बनाने के लिए, और
- इस रिपोर्ट की मदद से, डीएनएस के इस्तेमाल से जुड़ी खास जानकारी को जनरेट किया जाता है.
सुरक्षा और बुरे बर्ताव से जुड़ी समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए, हम 48 घंटे से ज़्यादा समय के लिए अस्थायी लॉग से जानकारी अपने पास रख सकते हैं. हर मामले में, हम इस तरह के सवालों को हल करने के सीमित मकसद के लिए ही ऐसा करते रहेंगे.
स्थायी डीएनएस लॉग
स्थायी लॉग कुछ समय के लिए इकट्ठा किए गए लॉग का नमूने होते हैं जहां आपके आईपी पते को
हटाया जाता है और उसकी जगह किसी शहर या इलाके के हिसाब से लगाई जाती है. इसलिए, स्थायी लॉग में आपके बारे में कोई निजी जानकारी नहीं होती. यह जानकारी स्थायी लॉग में लॉग की गई है:
- अनुरोध किया गया डोमेन नाम
- अनुरोध का टाइप (
A , AAAA , NS, MX, TXT वगैरह)
- अनुरोध का साइज़
- परिवहन प्रोटोकॉल (
TCP, UDP, TLS या HTTPS)
- क्लाइंट का स्वायत्त सिस्टम नंबर
- उपयोगकर्ता का भौगोलिक स्थान: देश, इलाका, और शहर (1 कि॰मी॰2 से अलग नहीं)
