Questo documento fornisce informazioni importanti sui dati che raccogliamo
quando utilizzi Google Public DNS, per quanto tempo li archiviamo e su come li utilizziamo. Puoi anche leggere i Termini di servizio.
Il nostro impegno
Per noi la tua privacy è molto importante. Google Public DNS rispetta le Norme sulla privacy di Google. Inoltre, Google non utilizza le informazioni personali raccolte tramite il servizio DNS pubblico per scegliere il target degli annunci.
Non associamo né associamo le informazioni personali nei log di Google Public DNS ai dati dell'utente derivanti dall'uso di altri servizi Google, ad eccezione della sicurezza e degli abusi.
Le informazioni che raccogliamo sulle tue query DNS sono archiviate in due tipi di log, ciascuno dettagliato di seguito:
Log DNS temporanei
I log temporanei sono gli unici log che archiviano sia l'indirizzo IP che la query DNS. In particolare, i log temporanei includono:
- L'indirizzo IP del dispositivo che invia la query DNS
- le informazioni tecniche raccolte per i log permanenti (vedi di seguito).
- per DNS over HTTPS (DoH): le intestazioni Content-Type e Accept HTTP
Questi log sono soggetti alle nostre procedure di eliminazione entro 24-48 ore. Vengono utilizzati solo per i seguenti motivi:
- per identificare e mitigare le minacce o le attività di sicurezza che riteniamo abusive o comunque dannose
- di correggere, gestire e migliorare i servizi DNS di Google, e
- per generare riepiloghi aggregati dell'utilizzo dei DNS che non consentono l'identificazione personale.
Per risolvere problemi di sicurezza e comportamenti illeciti, potremmo conservare le informazioni nei log temporanei per più di 48 ore, in ogni caso esclusivamente al fine di risolvere tali problemi.
Log DNS permanenti
I log permanenti sono un campione dei log temporanei in cui l'indirizzo IP viene rimosso e sostituito da una località a livello di città o di area geografica. Pertanto, i log permanenti non contengono informazioni personali su di te. Nei log permanenti vengono registrate le seguenti informazioni:
- Nome dominio richiesto
- Tipo di richiesta (
A, AAAA, NS, MX, TXT ecc.)
- Dimensioni richiesta
- Protocollo di trasporto (
TCP, UDP, TLS o HTTPS)
- Numero di sistema autonomo del cliente
- Geolocalizzazione degli utenti: paese, regione e città (non più specifica di 1 km2 e 1000 utenti)
- Codice di risposta DNS
- Informazioni sul server DNS di Google
- Timestamp
- Tempo di elaborazione
- Flag DNS di risposta (inclusi
AD, CD, DO, RD e TC)
- Dimensioni risposta
- Versione EDNS
- Opzione EDNS
- Subnet client EDNS (ECS) (protocollo IP e lunghezza del prefisso, escluso l'indirizzo IP del client)
- Per DNS over HTTPS (DoH):
