設定 Google Wallet API 發卡機構帳戶
「票證核發者」是指使用 Google Wallet API 核發任何類型票證給 Google 錢包使用者的個人或公司。您必須先註冊 Google Wallet API Issuer 帳戶，才能建立票證並核發票證。如果傳遞者想要使用 Google Wallet REST API，則必須在 Google Cloud 控制台中另外啟用 Google Wallet API。
註冊 Google Wallet API 發卡機構帳戶
Google Wallet API 核發者帳戶可讓您建立票證，並核發票證給 Google 錢包使用者。核發機構帳戶也能讓您存取 Google Pay 和錢包主控台的 Google Wallet API 資訊主頁，並在此管理帳戶。
如要申請 Google Wallet API 發卡機構帳戶，請按照下列步驟操作：
- 前往 Google Pay 和錢包主控台，並登入你要具備核發者帳戶「管理員」角色的 Google 帳戶。
- 填寫表單來提供核發者帳戶的公開商家名稱，並同意《Google Wallet API 附加服務條款》和 Google 隱私權政策。
- 在 Google Pay 和錢包主控台資訊主頁中，按一下「Google Wallet API」卡片中的「建立票證」按鈕。
- 按一下「建立你的第一張票證」按鈕。
- 詳閱並同意《Google Wallet API 服務條款》，以建立您的發卡機構帳戶。
建立 Google Wallet API 發卡機構帳戶之後，系統會將您帶往 Google Wallet API 資訊主頁。
示範模式
請注意，所有新帳戶都會處於「示範模式」。在展示模式中，您可以建立票證
不過沒有發布存取權也就是說，只有具備「管理員」或「開發人員」角色的使用者，或是已經以測試帳戶加入核發者帳戶的測試，才能將您建立的票證核發給該使用者。如要啟用發布存取權，請按照 Google Wallet API 資訊主頁中「取得發布存取權」一節的步驟操作。
