Delete by user

In this phase, the user requests removal of their VDC, either from the Google Wallet app or their Google Account. This will remove the local VDC from the device and mark it as deleted with the Issuer. The user has the option to add the VDC to another device (including the same one) in the future.

Note: This scenario is different from an Issuer revoking the VDC. When revocation occurs, the credential is removed from all devices and is no longer available to add to the Google Wallet app on any device.

1	Android-powered device	The user deletes the VDC from the Google Wallet app. The app calls `notifyCredentialDeleted` to notify Google of the event.
2	Google servers	Google relays the `notifyCredentialDeleted` call to the Issuer.
3	Issuer servers	The Issuer marks the VDC as deleted from the user's device.
