13 نوامبر 2023: پیش‌نمایش توسعه‌دهنده: Rubrics CRUD
Rubrics CRUD به‌عنوان بخشی از برنامه پیش‌نمایش برنامه‌نویس Google Workspace در دسترس است که دسترسی زودهنگام به ویژگی‌های خاصی را امکان‌پذیر می‌کند. این ویژگی به توسعه دهندگان اجازه می دهد تا روبریک های کلاس را از طرف معلمان مدیریت کنند. برای کسب اطلاعات بیشتر درباره شرکت در ویژگی های پیش نمایش ، نقشه راه را ببینید.

- اعلان‌های بلادرنگ تغییرات فهرست را دریافت کنید - به‌جای نظرسنجی از نقاط پایانی API Classroom برای تغییرات، می‌توانید از Google Cloud Pub/Sub برای دریافت به‌روزرسانی فهرست‌بندی برای یک کلاس یا دامنه استفاده کنید.
- ایجاد و به‌روزرسانی اعلامیه‌ها - علاوه بر دوره‌های آموزشی، برنامه‌ها اکنون می‌توانند اعلان‌ها را در جریان کلاس ایجاد و به‌روزرسانی کنند
- ایجاد و به‌روزرسانی پست‌های فردی - برنامه‌ها اکنون این گزینه را دارند که به جای کل کلاس، اعلان‌ها یا کار درسی را برای دانش‌آموزان جداگانه ارسال کنند.

17 اوت 2016: Guardians in Classroom API
Google Classroom خلاصه‌های ایمیلی از فعالیت‌های دانش‌آموز را برای سرپرستان ایجاد می‌کند. Classroom API از نگهبان ها پشتیبانی می کند. توسعه دهندگان می توانند
- از افراد دعوت کنید تا قیم شوند
- سرپرستان دعوت شده و فعال یک دانش آموز را بازیابی کنید
