Không cho phép bên thứ ba sử dụng các API để phát hành lên tài khoản của bạn thay mặt bạn. Đừng sử dụng API để cung cấp dịch vụ hoặc công cụ dành cho nhà phát triển để tạo, tải lên, phát hành, phân phối hoặc cập nhật ứng dụng cho Cửa hàng Google Play.
