يمثّل مورد الدورة التدريبية صفًا معيّنًا، مثل "رياضيات 127" والمعلّمين المعينين وقائمة الطلاب والبيانات الوصفية.

يتم تحديد كل دورة تدريبية من خلال معرّف فريد يعيّنه الخادم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قد يتم ربط الأسماء بدورة تدريبية واستخدامها بدلاً من المعرّف الفريد. يوجد كل اسم، يُسمى بديل، في مساحة اسم تحدّ من الأشخاص الذين يمكنهم إنشائه وعرضه.

يتم دعم مساحتَي اسم وهما:

  • النطاق: تعد مساحة اسم النطاق مفيدة لإنشاء أسماء مستعارة يحتاج جميع المستخدمين إلى الوصول إليها، ولكنها ليست خاصة بأي برنامج. على سبيل المثال، يجب إنشاء بطاقات البيانات البديلة لدورة تدريبية، مثل MATH 127 وCOMSCI 127، في مساحة اسم النطاق. يمكن لمسؤولي النطاق فقط إنشاء الأسماء المستعارة في مساحة اسم النطاق ولكنها تكون مرئية لجميع المستخدمين في النطاق.
  • مشروع المطوِّر: مساحة اسم مشروع المطوِّر مفيدة لإدارة الأسماء المستعارة الخاصة بتطبيق معيّن. على سبيل المثال، يمكن لتطبيق يستخدم معرّفات بديلة للدورات التدريبية إنشاء أسماء مستعارة لربط معرّفه بدورات Classroom. وترتبط الأسماء المستعارة التي تم إنشاؤها في مساحة الاسم هذه بمشروع محدد في وحدة تحكم واجهة Google API. يمكن لأي مستخدم لتطبيق إنشاء الأسماء المستعارة وعرضها في مساحة الاسم لمشروع مطور هذا التطبيق.

لإنشاء دورة تدريبية، يجب أن يحصل المستخدم الذي يقدّم الطلب على الأذونات المناسبة في ملفه الشخصي.

تم إنشاء الدورات التدريبية مع ضبط courseState على PROVISIONED تلقائيًا، ولكن يمكن إلغاء هذا الإعداد ليصبح ACTIVE. إذا تم إنشاء الدورة التدريبية في الحالة PROVISIONED، على المعلّم المحدّد في ownerId قبول الصف في واجهة مستخدم Classroom أو تعديل الدورة التدريبية من خلال واجهة برمجة التطبيقات لتغيير courseState إلى ACTIVE وإتاحتها للطلاب.
