해당되는 사용 요금이 있을 경우, 모든 사용 요금에 대한 청구서가 온라인 계정으로 발행됩니다.
귀하는 온라인 계정의 모든 청구 금액을 부담해야 하며 모든 청구 금액을 미국 달러 또는 당사자들이 서면으로 합의한 기타 통화로 지급해야 합니다.
양 당사자가 서면으로 동의하지 않는 한, 모든 요금은 결제 정책(https://cloud.google.com/billing/docs/how-to/manage-billing-account)의 결제 약관에 따라 지불하게 됩니다.
연체 요금의 경우 월 1.5% 또는 법정 최고 이율 중 더 낮은 이율의 이자가 부과됩니다.
사용 요금에는 세금이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 귀하는 모든 세금 및 정부 부과금 및 Google이 연체 요금을 징수할 때 발생하는 모든 합당한 비용과 변호사 수임료를 지불할 책임이 있습니다.
관련 법률이 허용하는 한도 내에서 청구 후 60일 이내에 이의를 제기하지 않으면 청구와 관련된 모든 이의 제기를 포기하는 것입니다 (신용카드 발급기관의 권리에는 영향을 주지 않음).
사용 요금은 서면으로 달리 합의되지 않은 한 Google에서 귀하의 Custom Search JSON API 사용을 측정한 결과만 부과됩니다.
관련 법률이 허용하는 한도 내에서 환불은 Google의 재량에 따르며 Custom Search JSON API는 크레딧 형태로만 지급됩니다.
본 약관의 어느 조항도 Google이 당사자에게 크레딧을 발행할 의무를 지게 하지 않습니다.
귀하는 Google에 제공하는 신용카드 및 관련 청구 및 결제 정보를 신용 확인, Google에 결제 적용, 계정 서비스 제공의 목적으로만 Google을 대리하는 결제 대행업체 또는 신용 대행사와 같은 회사와 공유할 수 있음을 인정하고 이에 동의합니다.

Google은 90일 전에 사전 고지하여 Custom Search JSON API의 수수료 및 결제 정책을 변경할 수 있습니다.
미결제 잔액은 어떤 이유로든 약관이 해지되는 즉시 지불해야 하며,
수수료 발생을 회피하기 위한 방식으로 Custom Search JSON API에 액세스해서는 안 됩니다.
