您有责任支付您的在线账户中的所有费用，并须以美元或双方在书面文件中约定的其他货币支付所有费用。
除非双方书面同意，否则您将根据付款政策（网址为 https://cloud.google.com/billing/docs/how-to/manage-billing-account）中的付款条件支付所有费用。
对于逾期未付的款项，可能需要按每月 1.5% 的利率（或法律允许的最高利率，以较低者为准）支付利息。
使用费不含税。您须负责支付所有税费和政府收费，以及 Google 收取延误金额时产生的所有合理费用和律师费。
在法律允许的最大范围内，您放弃所有与扣款相关的索赔，除非是在扣款后 60 天内提出索赔（这不会影响您的信用卡发卡机构的权利）。
除非另外以书面形式达成协议，否则 Google 会根据 Google 对 Custom Search JSON API 的使用情况的衡量结果收取使用费。
