Steps to upgrade

1. Follow the steps in Set up API access to enable the Data Manager API and generate credentials.

   Note: The Data Manager API requires credentials with a different scope than the Campaign Manager 360 API. You must generate new credentials that include the Data Manager API scope.

2. Install a client library.

3. Use Field mappings to convert your Campaign Manager 360 API requests to Data Manager API requests.

4. Send conversions to your Campaign Manager 360 account using the Data Manager API.

5. Verify the results using diagnostics or in the Campaign Manager 360 UI Diagnostics hub.
