מחיקה של קריאייטיב. הפונקציה מחזירה את קוד השגיאה NOT_FOUND אם הקריאייטיב לא קיים. כדי למחוק את הקריאייטיב, צריך קודם להעביר אותו לארכיון, כלומר להגדיר את entityStatus כ-ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED.
כדי לשלוח את הבקשה הזו, צריך תפקיד משתמש 'רגיל' או תפקיד גבוה יותר בחשבון המפרסם או השותף ברמה האב.
