CampaignGoalConfigOperation

A single mutate operation on the campaign goal config.

Fields
`operation` Union field. The mutate operation. `operation` can be only one of the following:
`create`	`CampaignGoalConfig` Create a new campaign goal config.
`remove`	`string` Remove an existing campaign goal config.
`update`	`CampaignGoalConfig` Update an existing campaign goal config.
`update_mask`	`FieldMask` FieldMask that determines which fields are modified in an update.
