محتوای محدود شده محتوای حساس بالقوه یک فرد است. بسته به حساسیت محتوا، محتوای محدود شده را می‌توان به‌عنوان Restricted یا Restricted+ علامت‌گذاری کرد. ممکن است گاهی اوقات محتوای محدود و محدود شده+ در Google Issue Tracker ذخیره شود. برای کاهش خطر قابل مشاهده بودن این اطلاعات، محتوای موجود در Google Issue Tracker که حاوی یا مشکوک به محتوای حساس است با یک پرچم محدود علامت‌گذاری می‌شود. این پرچم محدود دسترسی را محدود می‌کند به طوری که محتوا را فقط افرادی که نیاز تجاری دارند (و هرگز برای عموم مردم) قابل مشاهده نیست. تلاش برای دسترسی به محتوای علامت گذاری شده به عنوان محدود (هم موفق و هم ناموفق) ثبت و قابل بازرسی خواهد بود.
محتوای موجود را محدود کنید
برای محدود کردن محتوای موجود، باید یک مدیر مشکل، نویسنده نظر یا آپلود کننده پیوست باشید.
برای محدود کردن محتوای موجود:
یک موضوع را باز کنید
در سمت راست نظر یا پیوست، روی نماد اقدامات نظر کلیک کنید و تنظیمات محدودیت را انتخاب کنید.
سطح محدودیت مناسب را برای نظر یا پیوست انتخاب کنید و سپس روی تنظیم کلیک کنید.
محتوای جدید را محدود کنید
برای محدود کردن محتوای جدید:
روی نماد محدود کلیک کنید.
در گفتگو، سطح محدودیت مناسب را برای محتوا انتخاب کنید و سپس روی تنظیم کلیک کنید.
پس از تنظیم سطح محدودیت، رابط کاربری Issue Tracker محتوا را با یک نشانگر علامت گذاری می کند.
