I contenuti soggetti a limitazioni sono contenuti potenzialmente sensibili che riguardano una persona.
I contenuti soggetti a limitazioni possono essere contrassegnati come Contenuti con limitazioni o Contenuti con limitazioni + a seconda della sensibilità dei contenuti. Occasionalmente, i contenuti con limitazioni e con limitazioni aggiuntive possono essere archiviati in Google Issue Tracker. Per ridurre il rischio che queste informazioni siano visibili, i contenuti di Google Issue Tracker che contengono o sono ritenuti contenere contenuti sensibili saranno contrassegnati da un indicatore di contenuti soggetti a limitazioni.
Questo indicatore di limitazione impedirà l'accesso ai contenuti a chiunque non abbia un'esigenza aziendale (e mai al pubblico in generale). I tentativi di accedere ai contenuti contrassegnati come soggetti a limitazioni (sia riusciti che non riusciti) verranno registrati e potranno essere sottoposti a revisione.
Limitare i contenuti esistenti
Per limitare i contenuti esistenti, devi essere un amministratore dei problemi, l'autore del commento o l'utente che ha caricato l'allegato.
Per limitare i contenuti esistenti:
Apri un problema.
A destra del commento o dell'allegato, fai clic sull'icona Azioni sui commenti e scegli Impostazioni limitazioni.
Scegli il livello di limitazione appropriato per il commento o l'allegato, quindi fai clic su Imposta.
Limitare i nuovi contenuti
Per limitare i nuovi contenuti:
Fai clic sull'icona con restrizioni.
Nella finestra di dialogo, scegli il livello di limitazione appropriato per i contenuti, quindi fai clic su Imposta.
Dopo aver impostato il livello di limitazione, l'interfaccia utente di Issue Tracker contrassegna i contenuti con un indicatore.
