Search Central Unconference 簡介
Search Central Unconference 是一系列活動，您可以在這裡認識社群成員、交換想法以及一起同樂！這是一個人人都可以參加的全球性活動，而且支援特定地區或特定語言。
什麼是 Unconference？
Unconference 與其他大多數的活動不同。這是與您相關的活動，而不是我們。這不僅是為您舉辦的活動，可以說是以您為主的活動！活動沒有音響設備，也沒有簡報。活動之所以使用「Unconference」(非會議) 一詞，是因為您要提出建議、自由選擇想參加的環節，積極參與討論。您將會透過參與腦力激盪、交流討論、意見回饋，或是任何其他需要您發表意見的類似形式來打造這場活動。
這系列活動於 2020 年開始。我們發現到使用者需要更具互動性的環境來分享資訊、進行腦力激盪和交流互動。與典型的會議不同 (觀眾需要透過簡報學習)，Unconference 則是讓所有人齊聚一堂，一起討論某個主題。大家都喜歡這項活動，可以在活動中述說自己的感受與想法，而且認為討論很實用，因此我們持續在更多區域和時區舉辦這類活動。2022 年，我們擴展了這項活動，以支援非英語語言。目前，這系列活動只能以虛擬方式進行。

這個活動的運作方式？
此活動是群組討論的集合，而這些討論可以採用很多種形式，包括腦力激盪、意見回饋收集、個案研究和經驗分享等。每場討論都會有一或兩位主持人 (可能就是您！)，確保對話得以展開且整場討論都充滿火花，而且每個人都有機會參與。
為了讓討論易於管理且公開，每場討論的參與者人數都有設限，而且系統不會錄製討論內容。
主持人可能是 Google 員工、社群中的產品專家或其他社群成員。沒錯，我們正期待您的參與！

參加活動
主持討論活動
在我們宣布活動後，將會先對主持人開放報名。如要申請成為主持人，您必須提出一個 (或多個) 潛在的討論活動主題。接著，系統會選取主題並進行投票。提交主題的截止期限通常是在參與者報名開放之前結束。
成為活躍的參與者
參與者報名開啟之後，您就可以申請參加活動，然後針對感興趣的主題或討論活動進行投票。我們會篩選所有申請，並嘗試選出在地理位置、職業、專業知識及各種受眾特徵方面呈現多元化的參與者群組，讓討論內容變得有參考價值且有趣。
主持人和參與者無須支付費用即可報名參加活動。
參加活動的要求
為了讓活動順利進行，我們希望主持人和參與者積極參與活動，並遵守《社群規範》。
進行虛擬活動時，主持人和參與者至少要有麥克風 (如果有攝影機也歡迎使用) 才能加入並與其他人討論。我們將會使用英語或針對每場活動指定的其語言來進行討論活動，因此您應該要能輕鬆地說聽指定的語言。
