Mô tả dự án
Các hướng dẫn tại https://github.com/cytoscape/cytoscape-tutorials/wiki rất hữu ích nhưng hầu hết đều dựa trên GUI và không tự động hoá trong Python hoặc R.
Tôi sẽ viết nội dung của các hướng dẫn về Cytoscape bằng cả Python và R càng nhiều càng tốt, đồng thời tạo trang web thư viện Jupyter Notebook và R Markdown.
Thiết kế của các trang web đó sẽ giống như https://plot.ly/ipython-notebooks/ và https://rmarkdown.rstudio.com/gallery.html.
Để duy trì tính nhất quán của nội dung mới, tôi sẽ sử dụng dịch vụ CI và https://github.com/cytoscape/docker-cytoscape-desktop (tức là tự động chạy Jupyter Notebook và R Markdown).
