- دستورالعمل برای بازتولید مشکل.

- انتظار داشتید چه اتفاقی بیفتد؟ در عوض چه اتفاقی افتاد؟
- وقتی مشکل را دیدید از کدام مرورگر (از جمله نسخه) و سیستم عامل استفاده می کردید؟
- چه زمانی مشکل را دیدید؟ تاریخ، زمان و منطقه زمانی را شامل شود. UTC ترجیح داده شده است.
- هر اطلاعات دیگری که ممکن است مفید باشد.
