AuthenticationRequest 使用 PGP 或 JWE+JWS 进行加密和签名。此外，此值采用可在 web 环境中安全使用的 base64 编码。这种编码在下文中称为 Base64UrlEncode。换言之，必须通过以下函数传递 AuthenticationRequest 的明文 JSON 版本：
