Mantener los pases actualizados es una forma importante de interactuar con tus clientes y crear una experiencia positiva.
Hay dos recursos que se pueden actualizar: FlightClass
y FlightObject
.
Prácticas recomendadas
La siguiente lista contiene información útil que debes tener en cuenta cuando actualices las clases y los objetos de la tarjeta de embarque:
- Cuando quieras actualizar una clase o un objeto completo, envía una solicitud
update
. Cuando desees actualizar una pequeña cantidad de campos en una clase o un objeto, envía una solicitudpatch
. - Cuando realizas una solicitud
update
, se actualiza todo el objeto o la clase. Esto significa que se borrarán todos los campos no incluidos en la solicitud. Antes de enviar una solicitudupdate
, te recomendamos que envíes una solicitudGET
para asegurarte de que trabajas con la última versión y de que todos los campos previstos estén incluidos en tu solicitud. - Cuando se realiza una solicitud
patch
, solo se actualizan los campos con parches. Antes de enviar una solicitudpatch

para comparar los cambios con la versión más reciente. - Cuando realizas solicitudes
patch
para actualizar arreglos, el arreglo original se reemplaza por el incluido en el cuerpo de la solicitud. No puedes modificar los elementos de un array de manera individual. - En algunos casos, es posible que no sepas cuándo se realizan los cambios o cuándo activar las actualizaciones. Considera programar periódicamente las solicitudes

Actualizar una clase Passes
Usa Google Wallet Business Console
Las clases de pases (no objetos) se pueden modificar directamente en la Consola de Google Pay y la Billetera.
- Navega a la consola
- Selecciona la API de la Billetera de Google.
- Selecciona la clase que quieras modificar.
- Selecciona Editar.
- Actualiza las propiedades de la clase
- Seleccione Guardar
Una vez que guardas los cambios, la clase se actualiza automáticamente para todos los contenedores de vuelo.
Usa la API de la Billetera de Google
La actualización de FlightClass
afecta a todos los usuarios a los que se les aprovisionaron tarjetas de embarque con esta clase. Por ejemplo, para actualizar el logotipo de
tus tarjetas de embarque, debes enviar una solicitud de update
o patch
a la API de la Billetera de Google en cualquiera de los siguientes extremos. El valor resourceId
sería el ID de la clase (ISSUER_ID.CLASS_SUFFIX
).

Actualizar un objeto Passes
La actualización de un FlightObject
individual afecta solo al usuario al que se aprovisionó ese objeto específico. Debes actualizar tarjetas de embarque individuales con frecuencia para que reflejen los cambios que afecten a tus clientes y los mantengan interesados. El valor resourceId
sería el ID del objeto (ISSUER_ID.OBJECT_SUFFIX
).

Fuentes de datos para actualizaciones de vuelos
Si el tiempo que estableció class.localScheduledDepartureDateTime
fue en las últimas 24 horas o en las próximas 48 horas, los usuarios verán una tarjeta de estado del vuelo. Cuando esto sucede, la Billetera de Google
puede mostrar datos de Vuelos de Google
o la información que se proporciona en el pase de la Billetera de Google. La fuente que se usa depende de lo siguiente:

Si no se proporciona
class.localEstimatedOrActualDepartureDateTime
, se usa Vuelos de Google. En este caso, se ignora cualquierclass.flightStatus
que establezcas.Por ejemplo, si se retrasa un vuelo, los usuarios ven una tarjeta en la pestaña "Página principal" de la app de la Billetera de Google que muestra la nueva hora de salida. Los usuarios también verán una tarjeta de retraso similar en la pestaña "Pases".
- Si proporcionaste el
class.localEstimatedOrActualDepartureDateTime
, pero no elclass.flightStatus
, la hora proporcionada se usa para determinar si un vuelo está retrasado. Luego, el estado del vuelo en la tarjeta se muestra a los usuarios según la siguiente lógica:- Si

es mayor queclass.localScheduledDepartureDateTime
, muéstrales a los usuarios una tarjeta en la que el vuelo aparezca como retrasado. - Si

Si no deseas usar Google Flights como fuente de información sobre vuelos, asegúrate de
proporcionar el flightStatus
, localScheduledDepartureDateTime

de un FlightClass
. Solo se usan tus datos
en la tarjeta. De manera alternativa, si usas un código de empresa de transporte de la OACI en lugar de un código IATA en FlightClass
, Vuelos de Google no se utiliza como fuente de información de vuelos.
