게시물에 새 첨부파일을 만들 권한이 있는 부가기능이 필요합니다.
이 메서드는 다음 오류 코드를 반환합니다.
PERMISSION_DENIED: 액세스 오류INVALID_ARGUMENT: 요청 형식이 잘못된 경우NOT_FOUND: 식별된 리소스 중 하나가 존재하지 않는 경우
