과정을 반환합니다.
이 메서드는 다음 오류 코드를 반환합니다.
- 요청하는 사용자가 요청한 과정에 액세스할 수 없거나 액세스 오류인 경우
PERMISSION_DENIED입니다.
- 요청된 ID의 과정이 없는 경우
NOT_FOUND
