הוספת חשבון להחזקה. אפשר להוסיף חשבונות רק להחזקה שלא הוגדרה לה יחידה ארגונית. אם תנסו להוסיף חשבון להחזקה שמבוססת על יחידה ארגונית, תופיע הודעת שגיאה.
בקשת HTTP
POST https://vault.googleapis.com/v1/matters/{matterId}/holds/{holdId}/accounts
כתובת ה-URL משתמשת בתחביר של Transcoding של gRPC.

גוף הבקשה מכיל מופע של HeldAccount.

נדרש היקף הרשאות OAuth הבא:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/ediscovery
