يمكنك حفظ المحتوى وتصنيفه حسب إعداداتك المفضّلة.
تتضمّن صفحة الحساب والمستخدمون، ضمن علامة التبويب الإعداد، إعدادات عامة لإدارة حساب "بوابة الشركاء والمستخدمين الذين يمكنهم الوصول إليه.
Account
تتيح لك علامة التبويب "الحساب" الاطّلاع على رقم تعريف الشريك (المُشار إليه أيضًا باسم
رقم تعريف المجمّع) الذي تمّ تعيينه لك عند بدء عملية الدمج. يمكنك
أيضًا الاطّلاع على حالة إعداد حسابك.
اسم الحساب
يمكنك عرض اسم حسابك، وهو أيضًا اسم علامتك التجارية التلقائي.
حالة الدمج
يتم عرض حالة الدمج (مفعَّل / غير مفعَّل) هنا. إذا تم إيقاف عملية التكامل تلقائيًا بسبب مشاكل رصدها نظام المراقبة في "مركز الإجراءات"، يمكنك محاولة إعادة تفعيل عملية الدمج باستخدام مفتاح التبديل بعد حلّ المشكلة الأساسية.
يمكن للمستخدمين الذين لديهم دورَا "المشرف" و"المحرِّر" إعادة تفعيل عملية الدمج.
يُرجى الانتظار لعدة دقائق بعد النقر على هذا الزر لإعادة تفعيل عملية الدمج.
المستخدمون
هناك أربعة أنواع من مستخدمي "بوابة الشركاء": "القراءة فقط" و"المشرف" و"المحرِّر" و"المختبِر".
القراءة فقط: يمكن قراءة بيانات الحساب والتجّار فقط
المحرِّر: يمكنه قراءة بيانات الحسابات (باستثناء مفاتيح SSH) والتجار وتعديلها
المشرف: يمكنه قراءة بيانات الحساب والتجار وتعديلها، بالإضافة إلى إدارة مستخدمي الحساب.
المختبِر: يمكنه اختبار عملية الدمج قبل إطلاقها (للشركاء النهائيين لطلب الطعام فقط)
إضافة مستخدمين جدد
لإضافة مستخدم إلى "بوابة الشريك"، اتّبِع الخطوات التالية:
انتقِل إلى بوابة الشركاء وإلى قسم "الحساب والمستخدمون".
انتقِل إلى علامة التبويب "المستخدِمون" وانقر على "+ إضافة مستخدِم".
املأ اسم المستخدم وعنوان بريده الإلكتروني ودروره واشتراكاته في القائمة البريدية هنا وانقر على "إرسال".
يجب أن يستخدم جميع مستخدمي "بوابة الشركاء" حسابات Google. إذا كنت تستخدم Gmail أو
إذا كانت مؤسستك تستخدم G Suite، يعني هذا أنّ عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني هو حساب Google. لإنشاء حساب Google باستخدام عنوان بريد إلكتروني آخر، اطّلِع على مقالة إنشاء حساب Google.
