Link accounts to Ads Data Hub

In order for Google ad data to populate in Ads Data Hub, the Google ad platform accounts managing the data must be linked to the Ads Data Hub account. Account linking requests originate in the ad platform and are sent to Ads Data Hub. The owner of the account can be different (as in the case of an advertiser providing access to a vendor), or the same (as in the case of a single advertiser).

Data begins populating in Ads Data Hub after the link is approved.

The basic process for linking accounts is as follows. Note that these steps might performed by different users, such in the case of a data-owner granting a vendor access to their ad data:

  1. Initiate a link request from the Google ad platforms you want to link.
  2. Approve the link via either the Ads Data Hub UI or API.
