Quy trình làm việc
Để phê duyệt và ra mắt một nhân viên hỗ trợ bằng RBM Operations API, hãy làm theo các bước sau:
- Truy xuất danh sách nhân viên hỗ trợ gửi cho hãng vận chuyển.
- Truy xuất bảng câu hỏi ra mắt và trạng thái ra mắt hiện tại của nhân viên hỗ trợ.
- Truy xuất thông tin chi tiết của nhân viên hỗ trợ.
- Phê duyệt hoặc từ chối việc ra mắt nhân viên hỗ trợ.
- Tạm ngưng, bật hoặc chấm dứt một nhân viên hỗ trợ đã ra mắt.
