O ERA5 é a quinta geração da reanálise atmosférica do ECMWF do clima global.
A reanálise combina dados do modelo com observações de todo o mundo em um conjunto de dados globalmente completo e consistente. O ERA5 substitui o antecessor, a reanálise ERA-Interim.
O ERA5 MONTHLY fornece valores agregados para cada mês de sete parâmetros de reanálise climática do ERA5: temperatura do ar a 2 m, temperatura do ponto de orvalho a 2 m, precipitação total, pressão média ao nível do mar, pressão na superfície, componente u do vento a 10 m e componente v do vento a 10 m. Além disso, as temperaturas mensais mínima e máxima do ar a 2 m foram calculadas com base nos dados de temperatura do ar a 2 m por hora. Os valores totais mensais de precipitação são dados como somas mensais.
Todos os outros parâmetros são fornecidos como médias mensais.
Os dados do ERA5 estão disponíveis de 1940 até três meses a partir do tempo real. A versão no catálogo de dados do EE está disponível desde 1979. Mais informações e parâmetros atmosféricos do ERA5 estão disponíveis na Copernicus Climate Data Store (link em inglês).
Observação do provedor: os agregados mensais foram calculados com base nos valores horários do ERA5 de cada parâmetro.
