Ortophoto adalah kombinasi dari beberapa foto udara individual. Set data foto udara dalam format ortofoto tersedia sebagai set data terbaru yang terdiri dari foto udara terbaru yang tersedia. Data terbaru biasanya berusia 1-3 tahun. Ortophoto NLS diperbarui setiap 3 tahun (di Lapland Utara 12 tahun).
Dalam gambar ini, band-nya adalah inframerah dekat, merah, dan hijau.
