Method: users.messages.delete
מחיקת ההודעה שצוינה באופן מיידי ולצמיתות. לא ניתן לבטל את הפעולה הזו. עדיף לבחור messages.trash.

בכתובת ה-URL נעשה שימוש בתחביר המרת gRPC.
