תנאי שימוש ו
מדיניות פרטיות שעומדים בהנחיות שמפורטות בהסכם שלכם עם Google:
- התנאים וההגבלות ומדיניות הפרטיות צריכים להיות זמינים לציבור.
- עליכם לציין במפורש בתנאי השימוש של האפליקציה שעם השימוש באפליקציה, המשתמשים כפופים לתנאים ולהגבלות של Google.
- אתם צריכים לציין למשתמשים במדיניות הפרטיות שלכם שאתם משתמשים בממשקי ה-API של מפות Google, ולכלול הפניה למדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
המיקום המומלץ להצגת תנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות תלוי בפלטפורמה של האפליקציה. אם אתם מפתחים אפליקציה לנייד, מומלץ לספק קישור לתנאים ולהגבלות ולמדיניות הפרטיות בדף ההורדה של האפליקציה בחנות האפליקציות הרלוונטית ובתפריט ההגדרות של האפליקציה.
