Method: locations.delete

  • This document outlines the process for deleting a location using the Google My Business Business Information API.

  • You must send an HTTP DELETE request to a specific URL, replacing {name=locations/*} with the actual location name.

  • The request body should be empty, and if successful, the response will also be empty.

  • Authorization requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage OAuth scope.

  • If a location cannot be deleted using this API, you can manage it through the Google Business Profile website.

Deletes a location.

If this location cannot be deleted using the API and it is marked so in the google.mybusiness.businessinformation.v1.LocationState, use the Google Business Profile website.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.
