커뮤니티 및 프로그램 기능을 사용하면 Google Developer 프로그램에 속한 사용자가 멤버십 그룹에 가입할 수 있습니다. 이러한 그룹은 사용자가 리소스를 얻고, 소통하며, 관심 있는 주제에 관한 맞춤설정된 콘텐츠를 볼 수 있는 커뮤니티를 제공하여 개발자 여정을 개선합니다.
각 커뮤니티 또는 프로그램에는 기본 멤버십 배지가 있으며 사용자가 학습 콘텐츠 완료 또는 이벤트 참석과 같은 작업을 통해 획득할 수 있는 여러 배지가 있을 수 있습니다. 이러한 배지는 회원과 비회원에게 수여할 수 있습니다.
커뮤니티 또는 프로그램의 회원이 되려면 로그인하여 Google 개발자 프로그램의 구성원이어야 합니다. Google 개발자 프로그램에 가입하지 않았다면 가입하라는 메시지가 표시됩니다.
커뮤니티 또는 프로그램을 찾아 가입하는 방법에는 두 가지가 있습니다.

이 페이지에는 가입할 수 있는 모든 커뮤니티와 프로그램이 포함되어 있습니다. 가입할 그룹의 버튼을 클릭하고 가입에 필요한 정보를 입력할 수 있습니다.

가입 방법
각 커뮤니티 또는 프로그램에서는 회원에게 가입 시 프로필 필드, 이메일 환경설정, 정책 확인과 같은 정보를 작성하도록 요구할 수 있습니다. 필요한 정보는 각 그룹의 요구사항에 따라 다르지만 다음이 포함될 수 있습니다.
프로필 입력란
학력 수준, 성별, 위치와 같은 멤버십의 필수 및 선택 필드를 작성합니다.
이 필드는 프로필에 추가되지만 멤버십에 가입한 후 삭제할 수 있습니다.
이메일 환경설정
이메일 환경설정을 선택하여 해당 그룹과 관련된 뉴스레터 또는 마케팅 이메일과 같은 커뮤니케이션을 수신 또는 수신 해제합니다.
이메일 수신 동의 또는 수신 거부는 멤버십 자격 요건에 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 향후 이메일 수신을 거부하고 그룹 회원 자격을 유지할 수 있습니다.
확인
그룹의 이용약관을 승인하는 체크박스를 선택합니다. 이러한 확인은 법률 및 개인 정보 보호 요구사항을 확인했으며 이에 동의함을 의미합니다.

다음 예는 Women Techmakers 프로그램의 회원이 되기 위해 필요한 정보를 보여줍니다.
멤버십 배지
커뮤니티 또는 프로그램에 가입하면 해당 그룹과 연결된 Google 개발자 프로그램 기본 멤버십 배지가 부여됩니다. 그룹에서 탈퇴하면 이 배지가 Google 개발자 프로그램 프로필에서 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
다음은 Women Techmakers 프로그램에 참여할 때 표시되는 내용의 예입니다.
다음 중 한 가지 방법으로 언제든지 커뮤니티 또는 프로그램에서 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
- Google 개발자 프로그램 프로필에서 기본 멤버십 배지 삭제
- 내 커뮤니티 및 프로그램 페이지에서 그룹을 찾고 설정 보기를 클릭한 후 그룹 탈퇴를 클릭합니다.
가입 시 부여되는 멤버십 배지는 획득한 다른 멤버십 관련 배지와 함께 프로필에서 삭제됩니다. 멤버십과 무관한 배지는 삭제하지 않는 한 프로필에 유지됩니다.
가입 시 지정된 프로필 필드는 프로필에 남아 있지만 프로그램별 필드는 모두 삭제됩니다. 예를 들어 Women Techmakers 프로그램에서 탈퇴하면 이메일 수신 동의 데이터가 삭제되지만 경력 수준, 성별, 위치와 같은 일반 프로필 필드는 삭제하지 않는 한 그대로 유지됩니다.
