उपयोगकर्ता वह होता है जिसके पास आपके व्यापारी खाते का ऐक्सेस होता है. एक उपयोगकर्ता को ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा
100 Merchant Center खातों में जोड़ा जा सकता है.
खाते के एडमिन, हर उपयोगकर्ता को इनमें से कोई भी ऐक्सेस लेवल तय कर सकते हैं:
सुपर एडमिन: Business Manager का सुपर एडमिन ऐक्सेस रखने वाले लोगों को Merchant Center से

एडमिन: एडमिन के पास, स्टैंडर्ड ऐक्सेस वाले लोगों से ज़्यादा अधिकार होते हैं. एडमिन लोगों को जोड़ सकते हैं,
हटा सकते हैं या उनके ऐक्सेस लेवल में बदलाव कर सकते हैं. सिर्फ़ एडमिन, Merchant Center में ऐप्लिकेशन और स्टोर को जोड़ और हटा सकते हैं.
स्टैंडर्ड ऐक्सेस: स्टैंडर्ड ऐक्सेस रखने वाले लोग, Merchant Center में साइन इन करके सब कुछ ऐक्सेस कर सकते हैं. हालांकि, वे दूसरों को मैनेज नहीं कर पाएंगे या ऐप्लिकेशन और स्टोर को जोड़ और हटा नहीं पाएंगे.
ईमेल-ओनली ऐक्सेस: इस लेवल के ऐक्सेस वाले उपयोगकर्ता को खाते का ऐक्सेस नहीं मिलता, लेकिन प्राथमिकताओं के आधार पर ईमेल मिलेंगे.
रिपोर्टिंग मैनेजर: रिपोर्टिंग मैनेजर लेवल के ऐक्सेस वाले लोगों के पास, खाते में मौजूद सभी रिपोर्ट और डैशबोर्ड देखने और उनमें बदलाव करने की अनुमतियां होती हैं.
