캠페인을 영구적으로 삭제합니다. 삭제된 캠페인은 복구할 수 없습니다. 캠페인을 삭제하려면 먼저 보관처리해야 합니다(entityStatus를 ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED로 설정).
이 메서드는 정기적으로 높은 지연 시간을 경험합니다. 오류를 방지하려면 기본 시간 제한을 늘리는 것이 좋습니다.
