Toplam Ozon Haritalama Spektrometresi (TOMS) verileri, son 25 yılda küresel ve bölgesel toplam ozon trendlerinin izlenmesinde kullanılabilen, uydu tabanlı gözlemlerin uzun vadeli ve sürekli olarak tutulan birincil kaydını temsil eder. Veriler, NASA'nın Goddard Uzay Uçuşu Merkezi'ndeki Atmosfer Laboratuvarı tarafından üretilir. 8.sürüm TOMS veri ürünleri, 3.seviye ızgaralı verileri (1,0 x 1,25 derece) içerir. Aura uydusunda (Temmuz 2004 - günümüz) bulunan Ozon İzleme Cihazı'nın (OMI) çözünürlüğü daha yüksektir (1,0 x 1,0 derece).
Bu veriler, TOMS/EarthProbe, TOMS/Nimbus-7, TOMS/Meteor-3, OMI/Aura'dan elde edilen birleştirilmiş ozon ürününü ve veri içermeyen tarihler için USGS tarafından enterpolasyonla elde edilen verileri temsil eder.
Goddard Earth Sciences Data and Information Services Center (GES DISC) verilerinin dağıtımı, NASA'nın Science Mission Directorate (SMD) tarafından finanse edilmektedir. NASA'nın Dünya Bilimi Verileri ve Bilgi Politikası ile tutarlı olarak, GES DISC arşivindeki veriler kullanıcı topluluğuna ücretsiz olarak sunulur.
