החל מ-14 בינואר 2021, IMA iOS SDK מאפשר להציג מודעות מוגבלות במקרים הבאים: המשתמש לא נותן הסכמה לשימוש בקובצי cookie, המשתמש דוחה את ההסכמה לשימוש בקובצי cookie או ש-IMA לא מקבל מחרוזת נתוני הסכמה תקינה באזורים שחלים עליהם GDPR ו-ePrivacy לאחר תקופת החסד של השילוב של IAB TCFv2.
ב-SDKs בצד הלקוח, צריך להשתמש בפרמטר

אפשר גם להפעיל מודעות מוגבלות באופן אוטומטי באמצעות שילוב עם פלטפורמה לניהול הסכמה (CMP). התכונה הזו נתמכת בגרסה 3.11.1 של iOS SDK ובכל הגרסאות הבאות.
