本文列出使用 Maps Datasets API (透過 API 或 Cloud Console) 的專屬規定。使用 Maps Datasets API 時，須遵守您與 Google 簽訂的協議。

您必須擁有並保留所有必要權利，才能透過 Maps Datasets API 將資料上傳至 Google，包括：(i) 將資料分享及提供給 Google，以及 (ii) 授權 Google 根據 Google 地圖平台合約，在 Google 產品或服務中使用資料。
產品數量上限
使用 Maps Datasets API 時，每個檔案不得超過 500 MB，總資料量不得超過 10 GB。
