4.3.2 Opción de facturación consolidada

Nota: Todas las cuentas que comparten una factura deben utilizar la misma moneda. Si es más de una moneda en todas las cuentas para las que recibe una factura por moneda.

En la siguiente imagen, se muestra una forma recomendada de organizar el administrador de Google Ads y las de anunciantes.

Las siguientes notas hacen referencia a los números de la figura anterior:

1. Una factura consolidada (CB) tiene un límite de 15,000 cuentas o facturas que se pueden agregar. Si la primera factura consolidada (CB US1) alcanza los 15,000 facturas o cuentas, todas las facturas o cuentas futuras deben agregarse a CB. US2.

2. Para configurar la facturación consolidada en su cuenta de administrador, solicite a través del formulario de solicitud de facturación consolidada Primero, debes tener un línea de crédito aprobada con Google; Si aún no tienes una, puedes postularte para obtener una cuenta mediante el formulario de contacto de Google.

3. Las cuentas inactivas (desertadas) pueden trasladarse a otra cuenta de administrador. Separar estas cuentas te ayuda a mantenerte dentro del límite de 15,000. Como precaución, le recomendamos que quite el pedido de presupuesto de estas cuentas para que no podrán seguir invirtiendo, a menos que se reactive manualmente.

4. Si tu integración permite que los usuarios usen cuentas de Google Ads existentes, crea una cuenta de administrador separada para estos. La facturación consolidada no debe usarse para lo siguiente: cuentas existentes, dado que es posible que ya estén invirtiendo en otros tipos de campañas y Es probable que ya tengan configurada la facturación directa.

Administrar los presupuestos de la cuenta

Un presupuesto de la cuenta define las propiedades de presupuesto de la cuenta, como el valor inicial, final, la hora de finalización y el límite de inversión. Sugerencia: Para quitar una propuesta de presupuesto pendiente completa, envíe un Solicitud de AccountBudgetProposalOperation remove con un presupuesto de la cuenta nombre del recurso de la propuesta.

Como administrador, lo sueles utilizar para concilie automáticamente las facturas de sus clientes. Necesitas lo siguiente para Habilita la facturación:

• Tener habilitada la facturación mensual para la cuenta de Google Ads Consulta la guías sobre la configuración de facturación y los presupuestos de las cuentas para aprender a administrarlos la facturación con la API de Google Ads.

• Si se establece, login-customer-id debe especificar el ID de cliente de un administrador. cuenta que administra la cuenta de Google Ads para la que se recupera facturas. Está etiquetado como el administrador de pagos en la IU de Google Ads.

Recupera Invoice recursos para datos de facturas con el InvoiceService Solicita el método InvoiceService.ListInvoices.
