4.3.2 Opção de faturamento consolidado

Observação: todas as contas que compartilham uma fatura precisam usar a mesma moeda. Se houver é mais de uma moeda nas contas, e você recebe uma fatura por moeda.

A figura a seguir mostra uma forma recomendada de organizar a conta de administrador do Google Ads e contas de anunciantes.

As observações a seguir se referem aos números na figura acima:

1. Uma fatura consolidada (CB, na sigla em inglês) tem um limite de 15 mil para o número de contas ou faturas que podem ser adicionadas. Se a primeira fatura consolidada (CB US1) atingir 15 mil faturas ou contas, todas as próximas faturas ou contas devem ser adicionadas ao CB US2.

2. Configure o faturamento consolidado para sua conta de administrador aplicando usando o formulário de inscrição para faturamento consolidado. Primeiro, você deve ter um linha de crédito aprovada pelo Google; se ainda não tem, você pode se inscrever por meio do formulário de contato com o Google.

3. Contas inativas (desativadas) podem ser movidas para outra conta de administrador. Separar essas contas ajuda a não ultrapassar o limite de 15 mil. Como precaução, recomendamos que você remova o pedido com limite de orçamento dessas contas para que elas não pode continuar gastando, a menos que os recursos sejam reativados manualmente.

4. Se a integração permitir que os usuários usem contas do Google Ads, crie uma uma conta de administrador separada. O faturamento consolidado não deve ser usado para contas existentes, pois elas podem já estar gastando em outros tipos de campanha e provavelmente já têm o faturamento direto configurado.

Gerenciar orçamentos da conta

Um orçamento da conta define propriedades de orçamento no nível da conta, como start horário de término e limite de gastos. Todas as alterações nos orçamentos da conta são feitas até enviar propostas separadas de orçamento para a conta, que, após serem analisadas e aprovados, se tornam orçamentos da conta. Dica :para remover uma proposta de orçamento pendente inteira, envie um Solicitação AccountBudgetProposalOperation remove com um orçamento da conta nome do recurso da proposta.

Emitir faturas

Uma fatura é emitida mensalmente quando o recurso é ativado pelo anunciante. As faturas contêm detalhes como ajustes, custos regulatórios, impostos e orçamentos da conta e que podem ser baixados como arquivos PDF. Como gerente, você normalmente os usa para reconciliar automaticamente as faturas dos seus clientes. Você precisa do seguinte para ativar faturamento:

• Ativar o faturamento mensal na conta do Google Ads. Consulte a guias sobre configurações de faturamento e orçamentos da conta para saber como gerenciar faturamento usando a API Google Ads.

• Se definido, login-customer-id precisa especificar o ID de cliente de um administrador. conta que gerencia a conta do Google Ads para a qual você está recuperando faturas. Ele aparece como administrador pagador na interface do Google Ads.

Recupere os recursos Invoice para dados de faturas usando o InvoiceService Solicite o método InvoiceService.ListInvoices. definindo todos os campos obrigatórios no ListInvoicesRequest: customer_id, billing_setup, issue_year e issue_month. O seguinte exemplos mostram como fazer essa solicitação:

A resposta é um objeto ListInvoicesResponse que contém a lista de Invoices correspondente.
