4.3.2 Opzione di fatturazione consolidata

Nota: tutti gli account che condividono una fattura devono utilizzare la stessa valuta. Se ci sono è presente più di una valuta negli account che ricevono un consolidato fattura per valuta.

La figura seguente mostra un modo consigliato per organizzare il gestore Google Ads e account inserzionista.

Le seguenti note si riferiscono ai numeri nella figura sopra:

1. Una fattura consolidata ha un limite di 15.000 account sul numero di account o fatture che possono essere aggiunte. Se la prima fattura consolidata (CB US1) raggiunge i 15.000 fatture o account, tutte le fatture o gli account successivi devono essere aggiunti a CB US2.

2. Puoi configurare la fatturazione consolidata per il tuo account amministratore applicando tramite il modulo di richiesta per la fatturazione consolidata. Devi prima avere un linea di credito approvata con Google; Se non ne hai ancora uno, puoi fare domanda utilizzando il modulo Contatta Google.

3. Gli account inattivi (abbandonati) possono essere spostati in un altro account amministratore. Separare questi account ti consente di rimanere entro il limite di 15.000. Per precauzione, ti consigliamo di rimuovere l'ordine budget per questi account in modo che non può continuare a spendere a meno che non venga riattivato manualmente.

4. Se l'integrazione consente agli utenti di usare account Google Ads esistenti, crea una account amministratore separato. La fatturazione consolidata non deve essere utilizzata per esistenti, poiché potrebbero già spendere in altri tipi di campagne hanno già configurato la fatturazione diretta.

Gestisci budget dell'account

Suggerimento: per rimuovere un'intera proposta di budget in attesa, invia una Richiesta AccountBudgetProposalOperation remove con un budget dell'account del nome della risorsa della proposta.

Per terminare un budget dell'account attivo, imposta l'ora di fine sull'ora corrente inviando una proposta con AccountBudgetProposalType.END.

Emissione di fatture

Una fattura viene emessa mensilmente quando l'inserzionista ha attivato l'opzione. Le fatture contengono dettagli come aggiustamenti, costi normativi, imposte e budget dell'account possono essere scaricati come file PDF. Come gestore, in genere lo utilizzi per riconciliare automaticamente le fatture dei clienti. È necessario quanto segue per attiva la fatturazione:

• Se impostato, login-customer-id deve specificare l'ID cliente di un gestore. che gestisce l'account Google Ads per il quale stai recuperando fatture. È etichettato come amministratore pagamenti nella UI di Google Ads.

Recupera le risorse di Invoice per i dati delle fatture utilizzando il InvoiceService. Richiedi il metodo InvoiceService.ListInvoices, impostando tutti i campi obbligatori in ListInvoicesRequest: customer_id, billing_setup, issue_year e issue_month.
