4.3.2 Opción de facturación consolidada

Las siguientes notas hacen referencia a los números de la figura anterior:

  1. Una factura consolidada (CB) tiene un límite de 15,000 para la cantidad de cuentas o facturas que se pueden agregar. Si la primera factura consolidada (CB US1) alcanza las 15,000 facturas o cuentas, todas las facturas o cuentas futuras se deben agregar a CB US2.

  2. La facturación consolidada se puede configurar para tu cuenta de administrador a través del formulario de solicitud de facturación consolidada. Primero debes tener una línea de crédito aprobada con Google. Si aún no tienes una, puedes solicitarla a través del formulario de contacto con Google.

  3. Las cuentas inactivas (deserciones) pueden transferirse a otra cuenta de administrador. Separar estas cuentas te ayuda a mantenerte dentro del límite de 15,000. Como precaución, te recomendamos que quites el pedido de presupuesto de estas cuentas para que no puedan seguir invirtiendo, a menos que se reactive manualmente.

  4. Si tu integración permite que los usuarios utilicen cuentas de Google Ads existentes, crea una cuenta de administrador independiente para ellas. La facturación consolidada no se debe usar para las cuentas existentes, ya que es posible que ya estén invirtiendo en otros tipos de campañas y que tengan configurada la facturación directa.

Orientación técnica


A fin de configurar y administrar la facturación de las cuentas de Google Ads de comercios mediante la API, usa los recursos de BillingSetup para obtener y administrar la configuración de la facturación de toda la cuenta. Una configuración de facturación es una asociación entre una cuenta de pagos y una cuenta específica de Google Ads. Determina con eficacia quién paga la cuenta de un anunciante. Sigue las instrucciones de configuración de facturación.

Administrar los presupuestos de la cuenta

El presupuesto de la cuenta define las propiedades del presupuesto a nivel de la cuenta, como la hora de inicio, la hora de finalización y el límite de gasto. Todos los cambios en los presupuestos de la cuenta se realizan mediante el envío de propuestas de presupuesto de la cuenta por separado, que, después de revisarse y aprobarse, se convierten en presupuestos de la cuenta. Usa los recursos AccountBudgetProposal para crear un AccountBudgets nuevo o actualizar los existentes.

Las facturas se emiten mensualmente cuando el anunciante las habilita.
