次の図は、Google 広告 MCC アカウントと広告主アカウントの構成のおすすめの方法を示しています。
以下の注記は、上の図の番号に対応しています。
統合請求（CB）では、追加できるアカウントまたは請求書の数に 15,000 の上限が適用されます。最初の統合請求（CB US1）が 15, 000 件の請求書またはアカウントに達した場合は、今後のすべての請求書または口座をすべて CB US2 に追加する必要があります。
統合請求のお申し込みフォームからお申し込みいただくことで、MCC アカウントに統合請求を設定できます。まず、Google に承認されたご利用限度額が必要です。まだ設定していない場合は、Google へのお問い合わせフォームから申請してください。
非アクティブなアカウント（離脱したアカウント）は、別の MCC アカウントに移動できます。 これらのアカウントを分離することで、15,000 の上限を超えないようにすることができます。予防措置として、これらのアカウントの予算オーダーを削除し、手動で再度有効にしない限り費用を継続できるようにすることをおすすめします。
統合によってユーザーが既存の Google 広告アカウントを使用できるようにする場合は、広告用に別の MCC アカウントを作成します。既存のアカウントには統合請求を使用しないでください。既存のアカウントはすでに他のキャンペーン タイプで費用を支払っている可能性があり、直接請求が設定されている可能性が高いためです。

技術ガイダンス
API を使用して販売者の Google 広告アカウントのお支払い情報を設定、管理するには、BillingSetup リソースを使用してアカウント全体のお支払い情報の設定を取得し、管理します。お支払い情報の設定は、お支払いアカウントと特定の Google 広告アカウントを関連付けるものです。これにより、広告主のアカウントの支払いを誰が行うかが事実上決定されます。お支払い情報の設定手順に従います。
アカウントの予算の管理

請求書を発行する
広告主様が請求書を有効にすると、毎月請求書が発行されます。請求書には、調整、規制に伴う費用、税金、アカウントの予算などの詳細情報が記載されており、PDF ファイルとしてダウンロードできます。通常、マネージャーはこれらの請求書を使用して顧客請求書を自動的に調整します。請求書発行を有効にするには、次のものが必要です。
Google 広告アカウントで毎月の請求書発行によるお支払いを有効にしている。Google Ads API を使ってお支払い情報を管理する方法については、アカウントのお支払い情報の設定と予算に関するガイドをご覧ください。
設定する場合、請求書を取得する Google 広告アカウントを管理しているクライアント センター（MCC）アカウントのお客様 ID を
login-customer-idに指定する必要があります。この ID は、Google 広告の管理画面ではお支払い元アカウントとして表示されます。
InvoiceService を使用して、請求書データの Invoice リソースを取得します。InvoiceService.ListInvoices メソッドをリクエストし、ListInvoicesRequest の必須フィールド（customer_id、billing_setup、issue_year、issue_month）をすべて設定します。次の例は、このリクエストを行う方法を示しています。
